Synchronized Swimmers

Last summer we signed up our girls to do synchronized swimming through the City of Mesa. We did this with a couple girls in our ward (Laura Millett, and Addi Heap) and thought it would be lots of fun...well, the girls complained that they had to wake up early every morning on their "summer vacation" and their teacher didn't really like our group because we had missed so many days because of girls camp etc... They were actually really good for their first year! When it came to the day of their "Competition" we show up and EVERYONE had a cute outfit on but our group. As mom's we couldn't believe it! We left and went to Walmart and ran frantically around trying to find something for them-they looked so cute (this picture above was "before" the outfits we bought. They did an awesome job!!! My friend Patrice just sent this picture to me and it made me laugh because we have this saying: "It can always be worse", which means we could be doing this this year-No Thanks!
